Grand Wash Auto knows how important fundraising is! With this in mind we have a fundraising program to assist most nonprofit organisations including schools, sporting groups, religious groups, service groups and local community groups to get the most out of their fundraising efforts.
It’s so easy; we can help you make your next fundraiser a success! Friends, family, coworkers, neighbours - anyone wanting a clean car will help support your organisation


How It Works

When your supporters visit Grand Wash Auto, they simply select fundraiser on our automated pay station, type in the code provided, and select any of our  wash packages. 10% of every purchase made by your supporters goes directly to your Organisation. Grand Wash Auto automatically records and compiles these washes, and your Organisation receives the monthly proceeds! 

It’s that simple! No inventory, no setup, no upfront cost! Your supporters will receive a true value for their contribution, because you’ll be offering a quality service!

 

Additional Donations

Every time a Code is used, the customer is also asked if they would like to make an additional donation to your organisation. This is done in the same cash or credit card transaction as the wash...your organisation receives 100% of the additional amount.

How We Help you Promote

Grand Wash Auto marketing kits  are available to help your organisation
promote the program.
The kit includes flyers, email templates and decals.
Your organisation will also be featured on our website.

How Much Can Your Organisation Raise?

100 *washes per month = $170 + additional donations
500 *washes per month = $850 + additional donations
1000 *washes per month = $1700 + additional donations

It’s easy!

  1. Either submit your application online
  2. Complete all sections on this application and mail to PO Box 126 Bulleen VIC 3105 or Hand to Manager at Grand Wash Auto located at 347 Darebin Road Thornbury
  3. Or fax this application to (03)9499 6300.

Once your participation in the Grand Wash Auto community fundraising program is confirmed, Grand Wash Auto will send out to your Organisation your marketing kit to get you started.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Because this program is so popular and so successful, there is a limit on the number of Organisations permitted to participate each month.
  2. Organisations will be restricted to one event  within the calendar year.
  3. A letter from your Organisation's President authorising you to run the fundraiser on behalf of the Organisation is required. The letter must be on an Organisation's letterhead and include the Organisation's not-for-profit ID number. This letter needs to be attached to the Fundraising request application.
  4. By accepting a fundraising donation from our company, you are giving us permission to publish your organisation as recipient of a donation.
  5. Political organisations are not eligible for donations out of respect for the wide variety of beliefs of our customers.
  6. While we would like to be able to meet every request, we must focus our effort on those that provide the most benefit to Grand Wash Auto and the communities we serve.
  7. We appreciate the time and efforts of your organisation and wish you success with your fundraising program.
