Refund Policy

  1. Treat Gift Cards and Pre Paid Wash Cards like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
  2. The Cards are: Redeemable for car wash services at Grand Wash Auto by simply presenting it for payment when making a car wash purchase. Not redeemable for cash. Additional value may be added to the Cards at anytime either online or via our pay stations.
  3. Unused value remains on card and cannot be redeemed for cash. It is up to you to use the full value on the Card. If purchase exceeds available Card balance, you must make up the difference with another payment method. You are liable for all transactions on your Card except to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.

  • Information regarding how to enter, how to claim and details of the prize form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of entry.
  • Entry is open to all customers 18 years of age and over with a motor vehicle who visit and travel through the GRAND WASH AUTO car wash or register online via the GRAND WASH AUTO website during the months of August and September 2009.. One or more entries per household is accepted.
  • Individuals and businesses associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter the draw.
To enter, you must register your interest by correctly completing and returning the entry form provided by GRAND WASH AUTO with the complete contact details during the promotion period, via one of the following methods:

a.    Visit www.grandwashauto.com.au and submit your entry via the web form provided.

b.    Telephone GRAND WASH AUTO on (03)9499 8300, requesting to be registered on our database with your contact details, including full name, email address, phone number, and household address.

c.    Visit the GRAND WASH AUTO car wash and register.

  • The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete or incorrectly submitted, delayed or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence.
  • Entries will be accepted from 8.00amTuesday 1st September and will conclude at 8.00pm Wednesday 30th September 2009.
  • There will be 5 lucky winners drawn on Thursday 1st October who will receive 1 of 5 FREE carwashes for 1 year. Each prize is valued at $780 i.e. The premium wash valued at $15 apportioned each week for a calendar year. Each winner will be allocated a USER Code.
  • The winning entry will be drawn by GRAND WASH AUTO Pty Ltd at 9.00am Thursday 1st October at 347 Darebin Road, Thornbury, Victoria 3171. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified via telephone or email.
  • Winners names will also be published in the leader newspaper on the 7th October 2009.The "register" referred to in this promotion requires individuals to subscribe to the GRAND WASH AUTO database and consent to receive electronic newsletters and offers.
