Now that I have found this car wash it is the only one I will ever go to!Easy way to choose your desired service and pay via touch screen, they hose down the car prior to the auto clean, then you get to use the vacuum for free for the inside of the car.Staff were friendly to check if I needed any assistance and helped out with some troublesome mould spots on my roof.

Update 2024: This Business deserves a 5 Star review. They survived the Lock down and in today's high cost of living times, they are still able to keep their Basic wash at $18. Which is perhaps the best value for money auto car wash joint in Melbourne.Original Review from 2020.$15 basic wash is very good already. The free vacuum stations are great!

This is so much fun. It’s a very safe water tunnel style car wash with 2 people doing a pre wash the pop your car into neutral for the ride through. It’s like going to Disneyland with all of the coloured lights and cleaning action. Then limitless vacuum bays with wiping towels available. I love it

I was always wary of automatic car washes as mostly they did a poor job. This car wash changed my mind and is the bees knees. You go in dirty and come out clean...simple and as it should be.It removes difficult stains like bird droppings etc. with ease. Why the others fail but this one doesn't I don't know. All I know is I keep coming back.

Serhan and his team went over and above today to make sure my car was clean, as it had stubborn marks from a long regional drive. It's refreshing to find people who are committed to customer service because they genuinely care and are nice people. I've been going to this car wash for years, with the free vacuum, drying cloths, and quick and effective wash. Today required a special mention because they didn't have to but they did anyway, and I appreciated the extra effort. A heart-felt thank you!

Pretty amazing results, car came out spotless. Would recommend a quick chamois at the end as it doesn’t come out completely dry. Was my first visit here and was a bit going on, you get a few staff pre soak your car at the start which is impressive, then through the tunnel on a conveyor belt, needs to be in neutral and no braking. The whole process only takes a few minutes it’s super quick. I went with the $25 premium wash with free vacuum at the end. Will definitely head back here, can’t fault anything about it, the cleaning is really soft and easy on the car, Highly recommend.

I was one of those guys that never wanted to use auto car washes until I was asked to try Grand Wash Auto by my partner. Yesterday my battery went flat and the kind staff member helpedMe out. He hand jumper lead cables and got my car up and running again. Yesterday was my first time came to this carwash. I'm so surprised about the space and the technology of this place which is unbelivable! I chose the $20 package and I like the idea of the auto system and it come with the free vaccum at the end which is very great value ! The full car is very shiny after the wash which is better than the other , I will keep coming every month for sure!!!
