Serhan and his team went over and above today to make sure my car was clean, as it had stubborn marks from a long regional drive. It's refreshing to find people who are committed to customer service because they genuinely care and are nice people. I've been going to this car wash for years, with the free vacuum, drying cloths, and quick and effective wash. Today required a special mention because they didn't have to but they did anyway, and I appreciated the extra effort. A heart-felt thank you!

Amazing car wash! Got a free wash for my new car and it was amazing, super easy to organise and the wash itself was spotless! Staff super friendly and professional! Will tell all of my friends and family about this car wash due to it being super affordable. Will be back!!!!!!!!

Pretty amazing results, car came out spotless. Would recommend a quick chamois at the end as it doesn’t come out completely dry. Was my first visit here and was a bit going on, you get a few staff pre soak your car at the start which is impressive, then through the tunnel on a conveyor belt, needs to be in neutral and no braking. The whole process only takes a few minutes it’s super quick. I went with the $25 premium wash with free vacuum at the end. Will definitely head back here, can’t fault anything about it, the cleaning is really soft and easy on the car, Highly recommend.

The staff helped me sort out a big mark on my car and went the extra mile to help me find wax (from another lovely customer) to try to fix it. They were very helpful!

Worth going there. Quick power hose by 2 people before going into the automated car wash. But the best bit. Free use of the vacuum and wipe down towels.

The staff really care about their customers, even though it's an automatic wash, the pre-rinse done by staff is always thorough to ensure my car comes out looking great. Free vacuum and drying towels are the icing on the cake. Still great

I was one of those guys that never wanted to use auto car washes until I was asked to try Grand Wash Auto by my partner. After seeing exclusive cars going through the wash, I thought to give it a go, and let me say, I was impressed. I signed up with a monthly subscription. The staff are ace. Very friendly and helpful.

I come here on a yearly basis because a nearby VW gives away a free voucher after a service. The auto car wash does its job great and there is a free 10-min vacuum cleaner.

I washed my car yesterday and I always have a great experience. The staff are so kind and friendly and my car always looks fabulous. Yesterday my battery went flat and the kind staff member helpedMe out. He hand jumper lead cables and got my car up and running again. The car wash was really busy but he still spent the time to help me out. I was so appreciative. Thank you.

Yesterday was my first time came to this carwash. I'm so surprised about the space and the technology of this place which is unbelivable! I chose the $20 package and I like the idea of the auto system and it come with the free vaccum at the end which is very great value ! The full car is very shiny after the wash which is better than the other , I will keep coming every month for sure!!!

The best carwash in the area by far. Very quick and easy, friendly and helpful staff, and the unlimited vacuum is bloody fantastic. Staff were very patient even though I'd never been through a carwash like it before. Slightly more expensive but definitely worth it. Defs check it out, cracker of a place.

Probably the best place to get your car washed in Melbourne. Fantastic clean and amazing service. I'm very particular about where I get my car washed and this is place has now set the bar. Only wish there was one in the western suburbs but I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area!

I saw the reviews and was wondering what the fuss was about. I gave this place a go and wow! I'll wouldn't go anywhere else again and really they beat most other hand car wash operators hands down. The car and the tyres needed a really deep clean after months of neglect and I was very happy with the result.I wasn't sure about the settings for the Tesla for car wash mode and the staff was knowledgeable to point me in the right direction.It's obvious the owners really thought through the whole user experience of the car wash, from driving in, to interface for the payment system, space layout, towels and vacuum stations.Kudos to the team!

My wife can't get enough of this place. The big machine does a pretty good job, they have free self vacuums for 10 minutes after the wash, I don't usually worry too though.

I used this service for the first time ever today, and will definitely become a regular. It was so quick and easy to go through the automatic cleaning process, and the staff were really friendly and helpful in explaining the process. I could then use the free vacuum to clean up the interior of my car, plus use the provided wash cloth to get off any last specks of dirt, and wipe down the interior. My car was in very bad condition cleanliness-wise, it would be more than a year since it was last washed. So I was extremely impressed with how well it came up from the automatic wash. And the best thing is, the price is so reasonable that it’s easily affordable to get regular washes. I came based on all the positive reviews, and am a convert. Highly recommend.
