Thank you so much to az and bevin for going above and beyond. My car broke down, the boys stayed back till 9:40pm. The guys helped me and my dad try to fix my car and then helped us get it on a car trailer.

I have been coming to this car wash for 6 years. It is without doubt the best car wash in Melbourne. The staff are very nice and the wash cycle is excellent. The vacuum cleaners are always working and it is always in excellent condition.The price is very reasonable.I have tried other car washes but none come close to this one.Great job boys. Ranko

There’s honestly no better car wash than Grand Wash Auto. I happily go out of my way to get there because the experience is always top-notch, and I drive away with a spotless car every time!What really sets them apart is the team – always so friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. For example, today they honoured a free birthday wash for me, even though it had expired while I was overseas. It absolutely made my day! Thank you!!!

This place is excellent. Open all the time, real human high pressure wands to get things started, a cornucopia of machines to finish things off, then the most powerful vacuums in existence to sort out the interiors. Membership means you can drop in any time. I honestly can’t think of any drawbacks.

Great value, great staff and really good! I've been a membership of this auto wash company for six years now. My car still look like new. I've only had to wash it and vacuum it here on a regular basis. With the polish it applies, the water still beads off the car like it was new.

I’ve been coming to Grand Wash Auto for a while now, and they never disappoint—but today really impressed me. After a weekend of four-wheel driving, my car was absolutely caked in mud. I wasn’t sure how well it would clean up, but the team did an incredible job. It came out immaculate—like it had never seen a dirt road! The staff were super friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. I left with a spotless car and a big smile. Highly recommend these guys if you want top-tier service and results!

My first visit to Grand Auto Wash was amazing . Was very impressed at the ease and quality of service . My car was washed within minutes and I had free use of the vacuum . And there are no bristle brushes that can create scratches to paint .I used the premium package and found it great value at $25 .The attendants are very friendly and helpful guiding your vehicle through the process .I’ll be back . Thoroughly recommend.

Great car wash! The guys here are very helpful and have great attention to detail leaving your car throughly clean. On Thursday came into wash my car, one of the guys ( Domenic) notified me that I had a flat tyre. He promptly l changed my tyre to help me get back on the road safely. Couldn’t thank him enough. Such a kind gesture.

My car was vandalised (spray painted). Took my car here to be washed and they applied some special soap (?) and sprayed it with a high-pressure hose, which removed 99%. It was fast and not too expensive. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Super convenient and easy! And the best part is your car paint doesn’t get damaged!! The team are amazing and it’s great being able to vacuum the car for free and dry the car down with a towel they provide you!Would absolutely recommend this place!!

Best result on an assisted auto wash I've ever used, reasonably priced + complimentary vacuums and towels. Clearly well staffed and taken care of. Busy but the wait from street level was less than 5 minutes. Will be returning / recommending.

Great value for money. Clean gets clean pretty well. Can get a little too busy, would be good in there was an app that shows how busy the car wash is, so I can check it before deciding to go to the wash

Grand car wash in Ivanhoe is an awesome automated car wash business. The staff are considerate, friendly and helpful.The only thing I would fix is the "Unlimited" signs you have everywhere.I've been told by staff that it's one wash per car, per day and thus making it limited.Regards,Diah Hammoud

They have definitely done their research and incorporated some of the most advanced chemicals there is when it comes to protecting your car whilst providing enough strength to give your car that clean it needs ( made sure to ask prior as I am very cautious when it comes to my car)Not like your ordinary automatic (touch-less) car wash which uses those harsh chemicals and eventually makes your car look like your rusted lawn mower.this place is actually staffed which do some of the work needed prior to entering the wash ‘tunnel’ in order to avoid having to use those corrosive chemicals.And to top it off a free vacuum station if you choose to tidy up indoors at the end.I chose a membership option as I will be coming back on a regular basis which saves me coin on the already similar prices they have at some automatic car washes, which by the way you should never be using.100% recommended and impressed.

Now that I have found this car wash it is the only one I will ever go to!Easy way to choose your desired service and pay via touch screen, they hose down the car prior to the auto clean, then you get to use the vacuum for free for the inside of the car.Staff were friendly to check if I needed any assistance and helped out with some troublesome mould spots on my roof.
