Grand Wash Auto’s Unlimited Wash Pass allows one wash per day for the registered vehicle each month.
Unlimited Wash Pass is purchased with a credit card only. The fee for the first month is charged to the customer’s card at the time of sale.
As an Unlimited Wash pass holder, you understand that your credit card will automatically be charged each month until the pass is cancelled or terminated
Participation requires installation of an RFID tag (15mm x 70mm) on the inside front windshield of the registered vehicle.
To cancel a pass, a customer request must be made in writing and received via email. Grand Wash Auto must receive cancellation notice 14 days before your next billing date. No refund or credit is given for any unused portion of a plan due to early cancellation.
Unlimited Wash Pass customers must contact Grand Wash Auto when any information changes including vehicle, email or credit card details.
If Grand Wash Auto is unable to charge a credit card for any reason, the customer’s pass will be de-activated.
Customer must notify Grand Wash Auto if registered vehicle’s RFID tag becomes damaged, and/or the vehicle or windshield is replaced. Tag will be de-activated and a new tag issued. There is a $10 replacement charge.
RFID tag remains the property of Grand Wash Auto and must be surrendered upon request, if a RFID tag is tampered with, or the pass is used in any way inconsistent with the terms and conditions, the pass will be terminated and all monies paid will be forfeited.
An Unlimited Wash Pass is valid at Grand Wash Auto during normal business hours. Grand Wash Auto plans to close on Christmas Day, New Years Day, Good Friday & Easter Sunday. Grand Wash Auto may close during inclement/severe conditions or for any unforeseen reasons.
No other coupons, discounts or special offers are valid with the Unlimited Wash Pass.
In the event pricing, terms and conditions change, the new information will be posted on the Grand Wash Auto website. Price changes will take immediate effect for new customers, and will be applied after 30 days written notice to existing customers.
Taxis, couriers, app-based transportation services (including but not limited to Uber) and other professional transportation vehicles are prohibited; Grand Wash Auto may terminate a wash pass upon violation of these terms and conditions.

Update 2024: This Business deserves a 5 Star review. They survived the Lock down and in today's high cost of living times, they are still able to keep their Basic wash at $18. Which is perhaps the best value for money auto car wash joint in Melbourne.Original Review from 2020.$15 basic wash is very good already. The free vacuum stations are great!

This is so much fun. It’s a very safe water tunnel style car wash with 2 people doing a pre wash the pop your car into neutral for the ride through. It’s like going to Disneyland with all of the coloured lights and cleaning action. Then limitless vacuum bays with wiping towels available. I love it

I was always wary of automatic car washes as mostly they did a poor job. This car wash changed my mind and is the bees knees. You go in dirty and come out clean...simple and as it should be.It removes difficult stains like bird droppings etc. with ease. Why the others fail but this one doesn't I don't know. All I know is I keep coming back.

Serhan and his team went over and above today to make sure my car was clean, as it had stubborn marks from a long regional drive. It's refreshing to find people who are committed to customer service because they genuinely care and are nice people. I've been going to this car wash for years, with the free vacuum, drying cloths, and quick and effective wash. Today required a special mention because they didn't have to but they did anyway, and I appreciated the extra effort. A heart-felt thank you!

Pretty amazing results, car came out spotless. Would recommend a quick chamois at the end as it doesn’t come out completely dry. Was my first visit here and was a bit going on, you get a few staff pre soak your car at the start which is impressive, then through the tunnel on a conveyor belt, needs to be in neutral and no braking. The whole process only takes a few minutes it’s super quick. I went with the $25 premium wash with free vacuum at the end. Will definitely head back here, can’t fault anything about it, the cleaning is really soft and easy on the car, Highly recommend.

I was one of those guys that never wanted to use auto car washes until I was asked to try Grand Wash Auto by my partner. After seeing exclusive cars going through the wash, I thought to give it a go, and let me say, I was impressed. I signed up with a monthly subscription. The staff are ace. Very friendly and helpful.

I washed my car yesterday and I always have a great experience. The staff are so kind and friendly and my car always looks fabulous. Yesterday my battery went flat and the kind staff member helpedMe out. He hand jumper lead cables and got my car up and running again. Yesterday was my first time came to this carwash. I'm so surprised about the space and the technology of this place which is unbelivable! I chose the $20 package and I like the idea of the auto system and it come with the free vaccum at the end which is very great value ! The full car is very shiny after the wash which is better than the other , I will keep coming every month for sure!!!

The best carwash in the area by far. Very quick and easy, friendly and helpful staff, and the unlimited vacuum is bloody fantastic. Probably the best place to get your car washed in Melbourne. Fantastic clean and amazing service. I'm very particular about where I get my car washed and this is place has now set the bar. Only wish there was one in the western suburbs but I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area!

I saw the reviews and was wondering what the fuss was about. I gave this place a go and wow! I'll wouldn't go anywhere else again and really they beat most other hand car wash operators hands down. The car and the tyres needed a really deep clean after months of neglect and I was very happy with the result.I wasn't sure about the settings for the Tesla for car wash mode and the staff was knowledgeable to point me in the right direction.It's obvious the owners really thought through the whole user experience of the car wash, from driving in, to interface for the payment system, space layout, towels and vacuum stations.Kudos to the team!
