Probably the most reliable and consistent tunnel wash in Melbourne. High quality finish every time. Very professionally run, good strong vacuums and providing drying towels is a real bonus.

The team at Grand Wash Auto run the best car wash we've ever been to. They're so hard working, friendly and fast.Even if we weren't local, we'd travel to go there for the incredibly thorough & shiny car wash, friendly service, great polishing cloths and free vacuum.

Great concept and a well run business. The process is seamless. You drive up a dedicated driveway to wait in line (if busy), then proceed to one of 2 boom gate entrance. You have 2 attendants giving you car a quick rinse. Very good IMO as it gets rid of most of the dirt before the wash. You then drive away and park at one of the many vacuum bays to use their vacuum but before you do that, you may want to grab one of their complimentary towels to give your car a wipe down that the blow drier couldn't get to. The vacuum is deceivingly powerful as it's not super loud. All in all, a great experience and quiet satisfying seeing the results.My only hope is one day, they will open up a branch closer to the city. I am currently enjoying their free car wash promo for new car owners and I will most likely sign up to their wash club. My only reservation is their location distance from my area.

I take my car here all the time.Once I drove mum’s car in and a staff member noticed her back windscreen wiper was broken (I had accidentally broken it the day prior and put the parts in the boot).The staff member took all the parts and put it back together, now it’s like new.Great service and lovely people.

Highly recommend Grand Wash Auto! I got the Premium Wash and my car came out spotless.This is way better than regular gas station car washes—the equipment and facility are very professional. They offer free clean towels and free vacuum, plus the location is easy to find with great parking.Staff are super friendly! Will definitely come back.

I have been using Grand Wash Auto for about 15 years and I always get a clean car otherwise I wouldn’t return. I’ve always received great service at the wash. I have a black car and it always comes out shiny after the wash.

I have tried washing my car at Grand wash auto, the wait time is very short and doesn’t need to wait too long. Many options of choice for the machine wash. Also I get a free wash on my birthday that can be used within 2 weeks. Also free vacuum and cloth for additional detailing by yourself. Highly recommended.

Had the best experience! I am converted to automatic car washing. The people there were super helpful. Everything was so smooth and easy and I came out with a sparkling car. Now I just have to figure out where everyone got the blue towels they were using to dry their car from. 😂

Great price, great service, can’t beat the free vacuums and soft cloths they have to offer after your wash! Last time I came they even gave me a lolly. This is my go-to car wash in Melbourne.Editing my review 7 years later: This is still my go-to! Today two gentlemen very kindly helped me to try and start my car and then pushed it out of the lot and onto the curb so I could call a tow. Thank you so much for your help!
