Terms And Conditions For Grand Wash Auto’s Commercial Wash Pass

1. Commercial Wash Pass Usage:

• The Commercial Wash Pass (CWP) allows unlimited washes for the registered vehicle on weekdays only. Weekend washes are not included and must be paid for separately at the single wash price ($18, $21, or $25, depending on the wash type).

2. Payment Method:

• The Commercial Wash Pass is available for purchase with a credit card only. Monthly payments will be auto-billed on the same day each month.

3. Vehicle Specificity:

• The pass is vehicle-specific. The pass is transferable to a new vehicle for a $10 fee.

4. Auto Billing:

• Once activated, your credit card will automatically be charged each month until the pass is cancelled by either party.

5. RFID Tag Requirement:

• Participation requires the installation of an RFID tag (15mm x 70mm) on the inside front windshield of the registered vehicle, which will be provided upon activation.

6. Cancellation Policy:

• Commercial Wash Pass holders who wish to cancel must provide notice 14 days before the next billing cycle via email. If you cancel and wish to rejoin, you will return to the waitlist.

7. No Refunds:

• No refunds or partial credit will be issued for charges already billed. Full benefits/use of the program will remain in effect for the billed month.

8. Information Updates:

• Customers must notify Grand Wash Auto of any changes, including vehicle, email, or credit card details.

9. Payment Issues:

• If a payment cannot be processed, the customer will be notified and given a one-week grace period to resolve the issue. If unresolved, the pass will be deactivated, and the customer will return to the waitlist.

10. RFID Tag Replacement:

• Notification must be given if the registered vehicle’s RFID tag becomes damaged, or if the vehicle or windshield is replaced. A new tag will be issued for a $10 replacement charge.

11. Service Availability:

• Wash services will be available during normal business hours, subject to circumstances such as inclement weather and equipment failure.

12. Exclusivity:

• The benefits of the Commercial Wash Pass cannot be combined with other discounts, club offers, coupons, gift cards, or complimentary services.

13. Changes in Terms and Pricing:

• Any changes in pricing, terms, and conditions will be communicated via the Grand Wash Auto website and directly to waitlisted and active members. Price changes take immediate effect for new members at activation.

14. Commercial Vehicle Clause:

• The Commercial Wash Pass is specifically for commercial and professional vehicles such as taxis, limousines, rideshare vehicles (Uber, Didi, etc.), or other commercial transportation vehicles. It is not valid for personal use. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the pass.

15. Weekend Restrictions:

• The RFID tag will not be active on weekends. Commercial Wash Pass holders must pay the single wash price if they wish to wash their vehicle on weekends.
